How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 8-13 business days. Please note that deliveries are not possible on Sundays and public holidays.

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can easily track your shipments on our website in the main menu or by email to spileoteam@outlook.com

Please note that the shipping company depends on the country.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept the following payment methods:

- Payment via credit cards including AMEX, Visa, MasterCard(...)

Is there an order confirmation?

Of course, an order confirmation will be sent after your purchase. Please check your email inbox for it.

How can I cancel or adjust my order?

Simply reply directly to the order confirmation in your email inbox with your request.

Important: Orders can only be adjusted/cancelled until shipping!

Once the items have been shipped, you can only consider a cancellation/return once the items have been delivered.

We will refund 100% of the purchase price once we receive the returned item. Please adhere to the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

The refund will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving the return and will usually be credited within a further 2-3 business days.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Of course - Please reply promptly to the order confirmation with the correct address or send an email to spileoteam@outlook.com

Once the items have been shipped, you cannot change the address.

How do I complain about defective products?

Simply send an email to spileoteam@outlook.com – we'll work with you to find a solution immediately. Please include photos of any defects so the issue can be resolved more quickly.
